1. Formatting Instructions:

   • Formatting is restricted to Windows systems.

   • Critical: When formatting for the first time, ensure the exFAT file system is selected.

2. Mac Usage Note:
   Mac devices can only be used for file/data storage.   Do not format the drive on a Mac.
3. 256TB Model Behavior:
   Upon connecting the 256TB version to a computer, it will appear as two separate partitions.
4. Product Assurance & Support:
   All units undergo 100% testing prior to shipment. If you experience issues with your product, contact customer service promptly. If our troubleshooting methods fail to resolve the problem, a replacement may be arranged.
5. OTG Adapter Information:
   An OTG conversion interface is not included with orders by default. OTG adapters cannot be shipped as standalone items, and separate orders for Type-C adapters are not accepted.
6. Mac Capacity Limitation:
   Due to iOS system constraints, Mac devices cannot recognize hard drives larger than 2TB. Purchase of such drives is discouraged for Mac users. (Note: Drives over 2TB function normally with Windows systems.)
