Recently, some buyers have reported that their computers cannot recognize the hard drive after installing it, so they believe there is a quality issue with the hard drive! Actually, this is not a quality issue with the hard drive, as every hard drive we send out will be installed on the computer for testing, and only qualified hard drives will be sent to the shipping warehouse! Therefore, the hard drive you received is a tested and qualified product! It has no quality issues!

If the hard drive you receive is malfunctioning, unrecognized, or incompatible, it is because after installing a new hard drive, you need to enter the computer's disk management to create a new partition for the new hard drive, and then the computer can recognize the newly added hard drive! The specific operation process is as follows: Install a hard drive on the computer (or install it in a hard drive enclosure and connect the enclosure to the computer) → Right click on "Computer" on the computer screen → Select "Manage" → Select "Disk Management" → Find the newly installed hard drive → Right click and select "New Simple Volume" → Then follow the prompts to click "Next" → Finally, click "Finish". In this way, the newly installed hard drive completes the partitioning of the hard drive and will be recognized by the computer!
