To ensure that the left wing of the tank is fully utilized and to solve the problem of fuel stagnation, we have improved fuel flow by

adding an extension tube. Special attention should be paid to ensure that the fuel tank is filled to the brim when it is first used.

Otherwise, fuel may not flow smoothly to the fuel pump, affecting the riding experience.

Please refer to the installation video we provided to make sure the plug is oriented correctly and should be facing forward. Follow

the steps in the video to make sure every detail is error-free to ensure proper operation and optimal performance of the device.

This product is made of high-quality materials including aluminum, stainless steel oil filter, steel, fuel-resistant rubber tubing, N52

high-strength magnet, and fuel-resistant anti-slosh foam. These materials ensure long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and

Q: Why is it necessary to fill the tank completely the first time?

A: After installing the fuel expansion kit, both the length and capacity of the fuel line increase. When the kit is first installed, the

pipes inside are filled with air. To ensure there are no air bubbles in the lines, the fuel tank must be completely filled the first time.

This allows the pressure from the full fuel level to push all the air out of the system. After that, as long as the fuel doesn’t run out,

it won’t be necessary to fill the tank completely every time.

Q: What is the function of the fuel-resistant anti-slosh foam?

A: The foam helps to reduce fuel movement inside the tank, especially during aggressive riding, braking, or cornering. It prevents

excessive fuel sloshing that can interrupt fuel pickup or cause pressure fluctuations. The foam is made from fuel-resistant

material, ensuring it does not degrade or release particles into the fuel system.

Q: What is the role of the stainless steel oil filter in this product?

A: The stainless steel oil filter is designed to filter impurities and particles from the fuel, preventing them from entering the fuel
