Return & Refund Policy – Wolf Magazine

At Wolf Magazine, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple, quick, and fair return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To request a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for the return

You will receive instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If not approved: We will contact you with an explanation.


5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong or a defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.


6. Return Shipping Costs
