4.How to solve the issue of the backlight strip being half lit and half dark?
① Press and hold the reset button on the controller for 5 seconds. The strip should then flash red.
② After the red flash, unplug the power and wait for 10 seconds.
③ Reconnect the power. The strip will run a cycle of white light to test if all parts are functioning correctly. During this cycle, observe the previously unlit section to see if it begins to light up. If this section lights up normally, it indicates that there are no hardware issues with the strip, and it can continue to be used.

5.No app required, plug and play.

6.Please confirm the size and specifications before purchasing, and for the sync box, ensure the power cable is connected as the final step before powering on.
