1. The light does not work properly after receiving it.
Please charge the solar light first (6-8 hours). The light needs to be turned on while charging. After charging is complete, the light will automatically turn on at night. Also, there is a thin film on the solar panel that needs to be removed so that the light can charge better.
2. How to test if the light works properly during the day.
This light has a light sensor. When testing during the day, the light sensor needs to be covered. If the ambient brightness is high and the light sensor is not covered, the light will flicker briefly after being turned on and then turn off. This is normal and indicates that the light sensor is working. Please be sure to cover the light sensor when testing during the day.
3. The remote control does not work.
